118 RSD is a 24-hour full service, white glove, 100% resident owned, prewar cooperative. It was built in 1929 and has been a coop for almost 50 years with a reputation for being incredibly well-run. The building consists of 17 floors (16 + Penthouse) and holds 60 apartments. 118 Riverside Drive has an entrance on 84th street, and is part of a larger coop known as 110-118 Riverside Drive. 110 Riverside Drive has a separate entrance on 83rd street.
